The drying process combines natural air drying with controlled temperature drying. First, the moisture content is balanced through natural air drying, followed by controlled temperature drying in a kiln to prevent warping or distortion caused by rapid dehydration, ensuring the finished product's moisture content is suitable for various indoor and outdoor environments. The sanding process involves three stages: coarse, medium, and fine sanding, ensuring a smooth, burr-free surface suitable for direct painting or veneering. Dedicated quality control personnel monitor and record process parameters and product quality at every stage, ensuring consistent quality across batches and providing reliable material for our wholesale customers' production needs. We maintain a "standard inventory + flexible production" supply system, with ample stock of standard sizes for immediate delivery within 48 hours; for non-standard sizes, our flexible production line can be activated to meet specific orders, ensuring timely delivery and supporting our customers' production plans. Long-term customers also receive quarterly inventory adjustment services, helping to manage stock levels and reduce inventory risk. For quality assurance, every batch undergoes sampling inspection before shipment, covering key indicators such as appearance, dimensions, and moisture content.
