1. Cutting processing

Raw material processing and final processing of products should be applied to cutting processes, such as rotary cutting and planing of veneer, cutting of wood chips and shavings, grinding and separation of fibers, and sawing and sanding in the final processing.
2. Drying
Multilayer board drying includes veneer drying, shavings drying, fiber drying in the dry fiberboard process, and heat treatment of wet fiberboard. The process and process control of drying are different from those of finished material drying, and the process control of finished wood drying is based on the relative humidity of the drying medium, and attention must be paid to prevent the generation of drying stress. The drying of sheet and granular materials used in multi-layer panels is carried out under relatively high temperature, high speed and continuous conditions, and the heating stage is immediately transferred to the deceleration drying stage at the end of the heating stage.
3. Sizing
Multi-layer board sizing includes veneer gluing, shavings and fiber sizing. Veneer gluing in Europe still follows the traditional drum gluing, China's multi-layer board manufacturers also use roller gluing, the gluing method is suitable for the whole plate and the process of automatic blank assembly, shavings and fiber sizing are now mainly used by spraying glue method.
4. Forming and pressurization
The assembly of multi-layer boards, the slab forming and pressurization of particleboard fiberboard all belong to the molding process of multilayer board manufacturing. When molding,

5. Final processing
Hard-form fiberboard needs to be treated with heat treatment and humidity, and after the multi-layer board is discharged from the hot press, it needs to be sawn and sanded after the cooling and moisture content balance stage.
