Our integrated solid wood furniture board process specifically addresses the inherent stresses inherent in solid wood. Unlike simple gluing and pressing, we utilize a zoned unitized splicing technique, conceptually dividing large panels into multiple independent zones. Within each unit, the panels are assembled strictly according to the wood's grain and shrinkage patterns, while microscopic stress-relieving channels are provided between the units. This approach essentially guides and disperses the internal stresses generated by environmental changes in the wood, significantly reducing the warping and deformation common in large panels.

The panel surfaces undergo high-precision, fixed-thickness sanding, ensuring minimal flatness tolerance. This near-mirror-like surface ensures uniform adhesion and excellent surface quality, whether your client is applying PVC lamination, natural veneer, or direct paint. Furthermore, we rigorously control the density and hardness of the panels, ensuring they are both capable of withstanding the fine engraving of CNC machines and providing sufficient nail-holding and support strength for traditional mortise and tenon joints.
