MDF is generally a board made of plant fibers and other wood fibers by crushing into powder and applying adhesives, the board has the characteristics of good nail holding force and high strength of the board, and it has become a commonly used board in the furniture market due to the price advantage of the board in the market.
MDF, also known as fiberboard, is a wood-based panel made of wood fiber or other plant fiber as raw material and applied with formaldehyde resin or other applicable adhesives. Adhesives and/or additives can be applied during the manufacturing process. Fiberboard has the advantages of uniform material, small difference between vertical and horizontal strength, and is not easy to crack, and has a wide range of uses. The disadvantage of fiberboard is that there is a reticulation on the back, which causes the surface area of the two sides of the board to be unequal, and the board is warped and deformed due to the difference in expansion force after moisture absorption. The surface of the hard sheet is hard, it is difficult to nail, and the water resistance is poor.
